our new home!

I've been busy...really busy. I tend to be very one track minded in life and since we've moved into our new home, I've been busy painting and decorating! It's fun for me because the kids are out of school...I know it won't last so I'm working as hard as I can to finish as many projects that I can...

I'm pretty into clean lines and graphic design right now and I've found this web-site that is worth checking out...for those of you who live near, within the next couple of months I hope to display some of these ideas!

infatuation with damask prints

my sister in colorado hired me to do a baby shower invitation for her this last month that I got to exert a little of my obsession onto...I LOVE damask prints...that swirly perfectly organized yet elegant pattern you see on wallpapers or clothes...so pretty...I wish you could have seen the print of this, but alas again I mailed them all again without saving one for myself. on the stars I placed one crystal swarovski crystal for the embellishment, so you can use your imagination...very fun for me!

and originally I had wanted to do a chandeleir themed invitation again with swarovski crystal detail...but it didn't quite suit what my sister had planned, so I'll save it for another party another day :)

I got to make some sleep-over invitations for my neices this weekend...the oldest neice wanted to have a tie-dye party (obviously)

and the younger one loves ladybugs, so this was my take on it...

I couldn't upload the finished product, but you can use your imagination...the tie-dye one had black and silver grungy thread with friendship seed beads tied randomly throughout...and the lady-bug one had a swarovski crystal dotting her "i" in her name, for just a little pizzazz :)

I love how words can sometimes express exactly what's on your mind...

sometimes I need a visual, but I found this on another blog and I liked it...I'm not sure how I'll use it with kreatid, but it's inspiring all the same...

new thoughts...NEW HOME!

I know some of you have been trying to get a hold of me...and I'm sorry I've taken so long...since we've come back from chicago, things have literally been in fast-forward...we're MOVING! yay! but that doesn't mean that I'm not coming out with new ideas...far from it!

the new apparal section will be going up soon...mostly things for your little ones - like custom onesies...but hopefully some t-shirt designs for you all, too...again, I'm sorry so late but I know you'll love the new stuff!

the next "kreatid" party I do, I want to use this idea...I thought it was wicked cute!
